Fuel Level Sender With AiM 4 pin 719 Binder

The fuel level sender with a 719 binder plug records the fuel level, allowing you to determine how much fuel you need for a session or race.

As the fuel arm moves from the empty to the full position, contact is moved across the board on the rheostat, which varies the resistance seen by the fuel gauge. For example, a 69 Camaro has a 0-90 ohm fuel sender.

You will calibrate the supplied fuel sender for its entire length; however, you may need to shorten the fuel sender for your fuel tank.
If shortening the length of the fuel sender is required, ensure the distance is 10mm short of the full depth of the tank but should not be shorter than 200mm from where the gasket sits.

The fuel level sender can work with the AiM Channel Expansion and the required patch lead.

The AiM IVA loom for OEM builds has a pull-up resistor incorporated, which is unnecessary with the fuel level sender and can cause inconsistent readings.
